Diablo 4 Season 15: Baal Runs and the Fastest Mythic Farming Route

Diablo 4 Season 15 brings back one of the most recognizable farming ideas from Diablo II: repeated Baal Runs. The Season of Hell’s Legacy adds Waking Nightmares based on classic locations, and the Worldstone Keep route lets players fight through the Ancients, clear Baal’s waves, and defeat the Echo of Baal for repeatable endgame loot.

For players hunting Mythic Uniques, the biggest advantage is simple: once the appropriate version is unlocked, Worldstone Keep can be repeated without spending a Lair Key on every run. That makes it an attractive option when you want to farm continuously without waiting for boss materials.

How Baal Runs Work in Season 15

The complete route follows the classic Diablo II progression:

Ancients’ Way → Arreat Summit → Worldstone Keep → Throne of Destruction → Echo of Baal

You first travel through the Ancients’ Way and reach Arreat Summit. The three Ancients—Madawc, Korlic, and Talic—must be defeated before continuing.

After that, move through Worldstone Keep toward the Throne of Destruction. Baal summons waves of enemies before opening the way to the Worldstone Chamber. Defeat the Echo of Baal, collect the loot, leave the dungeon, reset it, and immediately start another run.

The important point is that you do not need to clear every monster. If your objective is Mythic farming, movement speed and boss damage are generally more valuable than stopping for every pack.

Worldstone Keep Efficiency

Worldstone Keep is particularly appealing because the route combines several rewards in one short activity.

The Ancients provide additional loot and valuable gem rewards, while the final Baal encounter gives another opportunity for high-end equipment, including Mythic Unique drops.

The Hell version is the endgame version associated with the highest Torment progression. However, the dungeon itself uses a fixed difficulty rather than simply scaling with whatever Torment level you selected outside.

This means your clear speed matters enormously. A character that can finish the route quickly will get more attempts per hour than a character that spends several minutes fighting through every room.

Solo vs. Group Baal Runs

Solo Baal Runs are completely viable when your character has enough damage and mobility. You control the route, keep all drops for yourself, and do not have to wait for other players.

The downside is that every objective and boss must be handled by your character.

Group runs can reduce the time required to kill tougher enemies and bosses. Different builds can also cover different roles, especially when one player specializes in clearing while another provides strong single-target damage or support.

However, grouping only improves efficiency when the party actually moves quickly. Waiting for slower players, splitting inefficiently, or stopping to loot every item can erase the advantage.

For organized groups, repeated runs with a fixed route are usually much smoother.

What You Can Earn

Baal Runs are not only about Mythics. A typical run can provide:

  • Mythic Unique opportunities
  • Unique equipment
  • Legendary gear
  • Runes
  • Gems and gem materials
  • Experience
  • Season 15 progression rewards
  • Splinter of Destruction

This makes Worldstone Keep useful even when a Mythic does not drop. The additional rewards help improve your character while you continue farming.

If your goal is specifically Mythic Uniques, remember that there is no guaranteed Mythic reward per run. The value of Baal farming comes from generating a large number of repeated attempts.

How to Make Baal Runs Faster

The best setup is built around reducing downtime.

Use a build with strong mobility, reliable area damage, and enough single-target damage to kill Baal quickly. Skip unnecessary enemies whenever the dungeon allows it, but do not sacrifice safety if a pack can easily kill you.

Bind Leave Dungeon to a convenient key or action-wheel slot. After collecting the important rewards, leave immediately, reset the dungeon, and start again.

Your Diablo 4 Items should therefore prioritize movement speed, cooldown reduction, damage consistency, and enough defense to prevent deaths from interrupting the farming loop.

Baal vs. Other Mythic Farming

Baal is not the only endgame Mythic source in Season 15. The other Prime Evil routes include Diablo and Mephisto, while Lair Bosses and Kurast Undercity can also be included in a larger farming rotation.

The main reason to favor Baal is efficiency. If your character clears Worldstone Keep faster than the alternatives, more runs per hour can make the route extremely attractive.

There is no fixed Mythic income per hour, so it is better to measure your own results over a large number of runs instead of expecting a Mythic after a specific number of attempts.

A simple Season 15 rotation is to use Worldstone Keep whenever you want a repeatable, material-free farming activity. Whenyou accumulate Lair materials or targeted farming resources, switch activities and then return to Baal afterward.

For solo players, focus on speed and consistency. For groups, coordinate the route and minimize downtime.

The key is not simply killing Baal as many times as possible. It is creating a fast loop with almost no wasted time between attempts. The more efficient that loop becomes, the more chances you create for Mythic Uniques, Runes, Gems, and other valuable rewards.

If you are upgrading a new character and considering whether to buy Diablo IV Gold, remember that efficient farming still depends on having a build capable of clearing the content quickly. A properly optimized character, fast route, and consistent Baal Run rotation can turn Worldstone Keep into one of the most useful repeatable farms in Season 15.
